Payment

 I accept checks, money orders, and credit card payments through Authorize.net and PayPal. If you are using a DEBIT CARD, YOU MUST USE PAYPAL. If using PayPal,  you will be transferred to the PayPal website to complete your order. When using PayPal, make sure you are returned  to 'Successfully Completed Payment' page on my website, otherwise your order will not show as paid. If you are paying by check or money order, please contact me so I can hold the item for you.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. There is a flat charge of $3.00 per order for shipping, no matter the number of items ordered.  Items will be shipped the next business day after payment has been received. If paying by check, the order will not ship until funds have cleared. 

Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat rate of $12.50 and are shipped via USPS Priority International. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any fees or duties to receive package.  

As of November 2, 2009 we are running a promotion for 'free shipping' on all orders in the United States.

Returns/Exchanges

You may return your item(s) for a refund or replacement within 21 days of shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will also be a $5.00 restocking fee. All returns must be unwashed, unsoiled, and include all original directions and packaging. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Warranties

Both EllaRoo and Maya Wrap provide a Limited Warranty on the baby carriers for repair or replacement of defective workmanship for a period of one (1) year after purchase. If you should have a claim, please contact me at robyn@babycarriersnmore.com
